Today I Challenge You To...

So. I've decided to start a new link up, the "Saturday Challenge" which will begin every week with "Today I Challenge You To..." or "This Week I Challenge You To..."- the purpose is to get you to do something for someone else, for yourself and for the bloggers you've come to know along your journey.

Lately I've noticed a lot of blog chatter about people who follow blogs just to win free things, and I know we're all guilty of it... but then to unfollow when you don't win - it just seems unfair to the blogger who thought you genuinely wanted them to be a part of your life.  So with that being said - I genuinely want to share with you, and want you to share with those around you.

2. Do something nice for a complete stranger.

3. Say something good about yourself.

4. Be thankful for something.

5. Live the life you want to live - even if it's for a day.

Kelly @ The Houtz House Party is amazing - I mean, the woman just started blogging a few months ago and already has like 300+ followers, perhaps it's because she's so caring, involved and genuine in her blogging.
And Kristen @ Confessions of a Graphic Design Student - this post, was inspired by our "conversation"... I feel like I needed to be more involved and I hope that this little bit of support makes you feel amazing about the followers that you have!

2. Do something nice for a complete stranger.
**Buying the coffee of the person behind me in the drive-through is my current plan.

3. Say something good about yourself.
I am fiercely crafty and creative, and I love that about myself.

4. Be thankful for something.
I am thankful for all of the opportunities I have been, and continue to be given and know that there are so many people less fortunate than myself, it's easy to take that for granted.

5. Live the life you want to live - even if it's for a day.
Today is all about the shop - and that's what I am excited about - checking on consignment orders, mailing things, adding new things to the shop - going to Joann's to apply for a teaching position - good day.
