I am going to choose Lizzi Mae as the person I am the most like - because I work with my husband to grow his businesses.......massage therapy and the leatherworks and jewelry business..
Wow! Awesome giveaway! I relate to Nichole most, I think. I teach special needs children, too, and get inspired by how they overcome adversity every single day. Love my kids!
It sounds like i have the most in common with Nicole! I am passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and though I am not currently employed in a field that allows me to work with them (still just an Education student!) I volunteer with a group that puts on fun events for adults with disabilities and I love it!
I am still discovering my creative outlet, so I'm very different from most of them! But I have to say, Paige's "pouring glitter on the couch" cracks me up every time I see it:)
Oh you all sound like fun and I wish we could teleport to one big giant coffee date, but I will pick Chelsea for this one. I try to see the fun and sun in things - and with a goofy little girl that is easier more days than not - but, sometimes I find myself feeling a little foolish. :-)
These girls all sound awesome, but I have the most in common with Melissa. We both love fashion and blog our daily outfits. This giveaway is so cool! Thank you to everyone for your generosity!!
Wow everyone sounds awesome! I am somewhat like Atina, I also have kiddies and I started baking healthy cupcakes and cookies for neighbors, church events, homeschool days and then it expanded into a awesome business for me!
I'd want to befriend Nicole. I have a brother with autism and tend to be drawn to those who work people with developmental disabilities. I completely understand appreciating the different kind of creativity handmade allows -- it's one of the reasons I so love my shop, too. It's thinking with a different part of my brain than my 9-to-5 allows.
Am I crazy? Didn't there used to be a write up about Heather from Gully Beads on here too? I think I'd have a lot in common with many of the ladies even though I don't have kids and don't sew. I know Melissa and I are friends in real life.
Holla Atina! Dude, I have 2 toddlers and one on the way (mum's the word, so far!!) and these kids make me nuts! My refuge is sewing and my hobby turned into a business that I hope will eventually pay off our student loans. At the rate I'm going, it will probably be a month or so before our boys go to college, but whatever. I love creating in my sewing nook in the basement and I'd be lying if I said I didn't live for naptime.
I would say my life is like Allyson, all about family and friends, but my blog is more like Melissa. I blog about my personal style and fashion. (Thank you for the giveaway, the prizes are amazing)
I think i have the most in common with Leigh-Ellen because I have more pictures of my pets and other animal than human/friends/family... and i've always wanted a british accent!
Oooh... the most in common with? That's hard... I like Brin's intro... working full time with kids definitely means early bedtime for me most nights! :)
I KNOW I have the most in common with Maria, we love to make up recipes together! I used to be a crazed student as well, but now I am moving towards a quieter, more domestic life.
I would say Nicole. For several years I worked with people who had developmental and physical disabilities of all ages. We are both from the Midwest(West Central MN here), and both of us find our crafts theraputic.
Leigh Ellen....as soon as I read lots of fluff and chaos I said 'that's me" before even knowing the comment would be to pick the one most like.... Lol. I have eight fur kids, three of which are rescues, a teenage step daughter and a medically disabled retired veteran husband....life is full of fluff and chaos for me, but I love every second. There are some amazing things in this giveaway, I'd love to win. Thank you for the opportunity. Dh_jax (at) yahoo (dot) com
